monday blues. migraine. meeting.
ke'bluesan ditambah pulak dengan esok & lusa yang dah tertulis "mesyuarat pegawai kanan bil 02/2010" dalam diari yang disponsor oleh Medigene ni. seb baik medigene kasi diary, nak harapkan kerajaan pimpinan NTR tersayang tiada diari untuk tahun 2010 ini ya. slide untuk presentation esok haram satu huruf pun saya tak buat lagi. petang ni pukul 4.00 meeting lagi pulak tu. sempat lagi nak blogging. hahaha. takpa, this entry will take not more than 10 minutes. :p
baru sekejap tadi, jumpa storekeeper en.chew, sambil tengok tandatangan saya dalam borang permohonan bekalan stor, sempat ditiliknya tandatangan saya. mampu jugak buat saya terkekeh2 dengan cik naama mendengar tilikan mr chew tu. kata mr chew "you aaa, kalau buat kerja mau habis itu hari juga, takmau tangguh, then aaa..when you choose a guy aaa, you will make sure the guy is downtoearth and can take care of you, if not aaa, you not even pandang the guy". terkeheh2 kami bertiga dengar. kuikuikui. ok..ok.. jangan percaya, tak baik utk kesihatan rohani. ini selingan saja.
sekian, saya kena attend meeting dulu. sehingga saya berada dalam mode 'blues' lagi. babai.

rumah oh! rumah : reno part 1
Rumahku syurgaku yg mengalami major surgery, hehe. Takda la, actually minor saja, sbb dalam rumah takda apa yang terubah strukturnya, cuma penambahan concrete slab kat side luar rumah macam neighbour sebelah.
SEKARANG kat bhgn side rumah, kerja2 'footing' tgh berjalan, footing tu yg tanam tiang tu. dalam rumah tgh tambah wiring. walau hari tu dah buat penambahan dgn developer, still ada jugak yang TERLUPA & tak teringat langsung. akibatnya, kena la consealed wiring balik. kami cuba sedaya upaya nak maximisekan sebanyak mana kerja reno yang boleh dibuat sementara en rizal saya bercuti. bolehlah en rizal jadi 'supervisor' kat rumah tu di samping supervisor yang memang telah disediakan oleh En. simon tu.
banyak benda kena rancang nak masuk rumah baru ni. saya yang tak-berapa-tau-apapun ni dapat belajar macam2 ilmu. ilmu wiring, ilmu piping, ilmu nak letak lampu, ilmu beli lampu, nak pilih plaster ceiling, ilmu nak choose the right kitchen cabinet, ilmu pasang aircond. walau tak banyak mana yang saya belajar, at least saya belajar SESUATU! yang penting plan properly, fikir jangka masa panjang, jangan gaduh2, jangan ikut sangat cakap orang, sendiri punya rumah, sendiri decide nak buat cemana, sediakan fulusnya saja. hukhukhukkk..
from time to time, bila cukup sikit ilmu di dada pasal house reno bagai nanti saya kongsikan dengan anda semua hek? ok? boleh kan? hehee.
sekian, dah ngantuk.

1st time saya makan sana, masa tu tahun 2005. saya tapau ice white coffee. mmg best gile babun. ingat lagi. waktu tu balik kerja. memang kena lalu pun depan otwc tu. dari sekali, nak 2 kali, sampai la cuba roti bakar. lepas tu asam laksa la, nasi lemak la. banyak jugak la menu yang saya dah try! punya lah jahilnya. sedap punya pasal!! hohohoo...

sekitar lawatan deputy minister moa

After dialog session dgn both deputy minister MoA & director general (DG) DVS, depa berdua ni pergi melawat sekitar premis VRI utk tgk whatever facilities yang available kat VRI ni, disusuli dengan press conference. fuhh! ramai jgk la reporter, ingatkan 3,4 org ja, maklumla mini-event ja, alhamdulillah almost 2+ jugak encik2 press kita datang..! NI adalah geng2 muda mudi kami kat VRI, tgh tunggu VVIP habis melawat.
memperkenalkan cik Naama! location depan bilik mesyuarat MOFY, VRI. dia ni monoclonal-mate saya. kesian naama kena kongsi bilik dgn saya dan secara tak langsung dengar i membebel hari2. hahaha! tapi bilik kami berdua mmg hotspot utk org luahkan perasaan, tak kira sapa.. sbb banyak positive energy gamaknya.. kuar ja dari sessi luahan perasaan, mesti sume orang lega! ekekek... tgk la bilik sapa kan!Sunday, February 28, 2010
Right brain Vs Left brain..;)

Kalau tangan kiri anda dominan, dipercayai anda banyak menggunakan OTAK KANAN anda.
Kalau tangan kanan anda dominan, dipercayai anda banyak menggunakan OTAK KIRI anda.
Jom ambil kuiz ni utk mengenalpasti bahagian otak mana yang anda gunakan dalam kehidupan seharian! saya dah amik test ni, and, rasanya 95% are correct!! hehee...
Results TEHA : Left Brain 60% / Right Brain 40%

You are more left-brained than right-brained. Your left brain controls the right side of your body. In addition to being known as left-brained, you are also known as a critical thinker who uses logic and sense to collect information. You are able to retain this information through the use of numbers, words, and symbols. You usually only see parts of the "whole" picture, but this is what guides you step-by-step in a logical manner to your conclusion. Concise words, numerical and written formulas and technological systems are often forms of expression for you. Some occupations usually held by a left-brained person include a lab scientist, banker, judge, lawyer, mathematician, librarian, and skating judge.
Your Left Brain Percentages
50% Symbolic (Your most dominant characteristic)
48% Linear
42% Logical
27% Verbal
27% Reality-based
18% Sequential (Your least dominant characteristic)
Your Right Brain Percentages
34% Random (Your most dominant characteristic)
32% Nonverbal
24% Holistic
20% Intuitive
19% Concrete
16% Fantasy-oriented (Your least dominant characteristic)
What Do These Percentages Mean?
Low percentages are common in the Brain Type Test and are not indicative of intelligence. Instead, medium to high scores (30 - 50%) are desireable, as they show an ability to utilize a processing method without an abnormal reliance on it. Special focus should be paid to highly dominant (50% or above) or highly recessive (0 - 30%) methods, as they tend to limit your approach when learning, memorizing, or solving problems.
If you have Highly Dominant characteristics, your normal thinking patterns will naturally utilize these methods. Conscious effort is required to recognize the benefits of other techniques. Using multiple forms of information processing is the best way to fully understand complex issues and become a balanced thinker.
If you have Highly Recessive characteristics, your normal thinking patterns naturally ignore these methods. You may only consider these under-utilized techniques when "all else fails," or possibly not at all. It is important to recognize the benefits of all of your brain's capabilities in order to become a balanced thinker.

Left Brain Categories
Symbolic Processing
Symbolic processing is a method associated with the left hemisphere that is used for processing the information of pictures and symbols. The majority of functions associated with academics involve symbols such as letters, words, and mathematical notations. This process is what aids you to excel in tasks such as linguistics, mathematics, and memorizing vocabulary words and mathematical formulas.
Your Symbolic Analysis
You have the ability to process the information of symbols at times, but you may need to first view the real object before you can understand what you are trying to process. For example, in solving math problems it occasionally helps you to "draw out" the problem, which allows you to better understand it through visualization. At other times you do not need visualization to aid you in forming your answers.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Linear Processing
Linear processing is a method by the left hemisphere to process information. In this process, the left brain takes pieces of information, lines them up, and proceeds to arrange them into an order from which it may draw a conclusion. The information is processed from parts to a whole in a straight, forward, and logical progression.
Your Linear Analysis
When processing information using this method, you will occasionally feel the need to see the "whole picture" before you are able to achieve results. At other times, you are able to piece all of the parts together in a straight and logical progression to form a whole, which then enables you to understand what you have processing. The information, your mood, and your level of comfortable are all factors that determine your response to a linear processing problem.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Logical Processing
Logical processing is a method that is used by the left hemisphere to take information piece by piece and put it all together to form a logical answer. When information is received through reading or listening, the left hemisphere will look for different bits of information that will allow it to produce a logical conclusion. This aspect of the left hemisphere is what aids you in solving math problems and science experiments.
Your Logical Analysis
When processing information using this method, you may consider the information before you and produce a logical answer, or you may tend to go with your gut. You may discover that you can "guess" your way through S.A.T. questions about as accurately as you can deduce them. It is important that you nurture your ability to use logic whenever it is needed, but do not neglect other methods of processing information if you hit a logical roadblock.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Verbal Processing
Verbal processing is a method used by the left hemisphere to process our thoughts and ideas with words. For example, through verbal processing, a left-brained person giving directions may say, "From this point continue east for two miles and turn north onto Bellevue Road. Continue north on Bellevue Road for seven miles and turn west on Main Street". With verbal processing, exact, logical directions are given in a very sequential manner compared to a right-brained person who, in giving the same directions, would use more visual landmarks.
Your Verbal Analysis
You have a moderate verbal ability. Using this method you process your thoughts and ideas with words. You tend to combine technical details with illustrations, depending on whatever strikes you. For instance, if giving directions, you might say, "Continue two miles east on Court Street and take a left at the McDonalds," combining the exact details of street names and mileage with prominent landmarks.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Reality-based Processing
Reality-based processing is used by the left hemisphere as a method for processing information with a basis on reality. This processing tool focuses on rules and regulations. An example of this would be how a left-brained person would completely understand the repercussions of turning in a late assignment or failing a test. A left-brained person also usually easily adjusts to changes in their environment.
Your Reality-based Analysis
You process information with a basis in reality, but are not limited to it. You may recognize the repercussions of you actions, but proceed to do something anyway, in the heat of the moment. You can complete projects to whice you are emotionally attached as well as random tasks.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Sequential Processing
Sequential processing is a method used by the left hemisphere for processing information. The information that is received is processed in order from first to last. Information is processed in a systematic, logical manner. Through sequential processing, you can interpret and produce symbolic information such as language, mathematics, abstraction, and reasoning. This process is used to store memory in a language format. Activities that require sequential processing include spelling, making a "to-do" list, and many aspects of organization.
Your Sequential Analysis
You tend process information you receive without any priority as to which is processed first, last, or any place in between. It is difficult for you to learn or perform tasks involving sequence. For example, spelling is a task that involves sequence and you may experience problems remembering exact spelling or any type of rote memorization, for that matter. Creating daily lists and plans are probably not activities you enjoy. If you are having problems with tasks involving sequence, there are methods you can use to improve your skills. One method involves using colors to learn sequence. You assign a color to each task. For example, you may want to make the first step green, the second step blue, and the last step red. This helps because the right side of the brain, your dominant side in this case, is sensitive to colors. The important thing to remember is that consistently using the same sequence will help you both improve and recognize that this strategy can be used in many different circumstances involving sequence.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Right Brain Categories
Random Processing
Random processing is a method used by the right hemisphere for processing information. The information that is received is processed without priority. A right-brained person will usually jump from one task to another due to the random processing by their dominant right hemisphere. Random processing is, of course, the opposite of sequential processing therefore making it difficult for right-brained individuals to choose to learn in sequence. In order to overcome this, a right-brained person may want to attempt to learn sequence by using colors since the right hemisphere is sensitive to color. For example, you may want to associate the first step with green, the second step with blue, and the last step with red. Consistently using the same sequence will allow you to see that this strategy can be applied to many tasks involving sequence.
Your Random Analysis
You have some ability to process data randomly. You are at times able to make "leaps of logic" and discover unique things by thinking "outside of the box." However, you may tend to ignore your random processing thoughts unless you are desperate for a solution. It is important you recognize this skill as not grasping at straws, but a viable way to discover new ways of approaching a problem.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Nonverbal Processing
Nonverbal processing is a method used by the right hemisphere to process our thoughts with illustrations. Reliance on this method is why it is occasionally difficult for right-brained people to "find the right words" in certain situations. A right-brained person cannot just read or hear information and process it, but first must make a mental video to better understand the information they have received. For example, through nonverbal processing, a person giving directions may say, "Continue going straight until you see a big, red-brick courthouse. At the courthouse turn right, and go down that street for a couple of miles until you se a gray stone church which will be on your right. Straight across from the church is the road to the left you need to take." With nonverbal processing, the directions that are given are extremely visual compared to the exact, sequential directions that would be given by a left-brained person.
Your Nonverbal Analysis
When processing your thoughts and ideas, you use tend to use both illustrations and words. When giving directions, you probably use both visual illustrations such as, "keep going until you see a McDonalds on your right; then turn left at the Home Depot", and technical terms such as, "travel for two miles and turn east onto First Street."
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Holistic Processing
Holistic processing is a method used by the right hemisphere to process information. The information is processed from whole to parts. A right-brained person, through holistic processing, is able to see the big picture first, but not the details that accompany it. A strongly holistic person may often find that prior to listening to a lecture given by an instructor, they must first read the chapter so that they better understand what the lecture is about. This function is also what provides to you your visual spatial skills. It also aids in tasks such as dancing and gymnastics. Through holistic processing, memory is stored in auditory, visual, and spatial modalities.
Your Holistic Analysis
You show some ability to process data holistically, starting with the whole and working backwards to find the parts, which inform the whole, to form your conclusion. When you process information in a linear manner you are able to start with the parts and work up to form the whole. It is important to be comfortable with both methods, as both are equally necessary in the learning process.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Intuitive Processing
Intuitive processing is a method that is used by the right hemisphere to process information based on if it "feels" right or not. For example, a right-brained person may choose an answer on a test because they had a "gut" feeling and often they will be correct. Another example of this is how a right-brained person will know the correct answer to a math problem but will not understand the procedure of how they arrived at the correct answer. A right-brained person will usually have to start with the answer and work their way backwards in order to be able to see and understand the parts and process that create the whole.
Your Intuitive Analysis
When you process information using this method, you do not rely on "gut" feelings but take the information and put it together piece by piece to form your conclusions. You often look at all of the different bits of information before piecing together your solution. You probably excel in such tasks as solving math problems and performing science experiments, because the intuitive method is not needed.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Concrete Processing
Concrete processing is a method associated with the right hemisphere that is used for processing things that can be seen or touched. It processes much of the information you receive from real objects. For example, a right-brained person is not just satisfied that a mathematical formula may work, but will want to know why it works. A strongly concrete person often finds it easier to solve a mathematical problem by "drawing it out" because it allows them to visualize it. The more a concrete person can visualize something the easier it is for them to understand it.
Your Concrete Analysis
When you process information you have received, the real object is not important to you. You do not have to use the real object to make sense of what you have processed. For example, if solving a math problem you do not have to "draw out" the problem in order to find or understand the answer, and you do not have to visualize something to understand it. However, this also means you often neglect the physical information provided by a concrete example. In other words, you may miss the forest for the trees, trying to deduce something complex when the answer is plain to see.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Fantasy-oriented Processing
Fantasy-oriented processing is used by the right hemisphere as a method for processing information with creativity. It focuses much less on rules and regulations than the processing method of a left-brained person. Due to the fantasy-oriented processing mechanism of a right-brained person, they do not adjust well to change. Instead of adapting to the change in the environment, a right-brained person attempts to change it back to the way they liked it. But fantasy-oriented processing also provides the advantage of creativity to right-brained individuals, and since emotion is integral of the right side of the brain, anything a fantasy-oriented person becomes involved in emotionally will aid their ability to learn.
Your Fantasy-oriented Analysis
You have a low ability to process information in a fantasy-oriented way. You have the tendency to focus on rules and regulations rather than on creative approaches. You generally do not have a problem adjusting to change in the environment. You may lack creativity, but you do not need to become emotionally involved in tasks in order to complete them.

balik hometown & tenet slow
best dapat menjenguk pak shuhay & pn rohana tersayang, tak lupa en amin yang results SPMnya tak lama lagi nak keluar. cik nani & cik ilya 2 org dengan jayanya berjalan2 cari pasal di negara jiran di selatan. jelesnya saya. walau tanpa en rizal di sisi, saya masih seronok, yelah bersama keluarga kan! heheee..
tapi 'beruk-band' kepunyaan bapak saya ni agak menduga kesabaran diri yang sememangnya dianugerahkan ketidaksabaran yang agak tinggi. huhuhu.
nak ber'fbooking pun jadi stress sbb kena menunggu page loading punya lah lama.
bukak blogger.com pun sama, nak tgu entry2 saya tu loading sepenuhnya, punyalah lembab. sempat lena.
perjalanan balik hari ni, saya dah lama jugak tak testing kerempitan kancil cik nani ni. masih ok lagi nampaknya, steady jugak bawak, tak gegar2. mmg jimat pakai kancil. sampai berebut2 dgn bapak saya nak bawak kancil. kuikuikui.. dm banyak2 kereta sume org sayang sangat kat si kancil 660 ni, banyak jasanya. kecil2 cili padi.
sempena maulidur-rasul hari ni, saya tak ke mana2 sambutan. hanya duduk rumah, basuh kain-sidai kain-lipat kain. ptg nya singgah rumah mak mertua & terus balik hometown saya. aktiviti esok penuh dgn agenda kenduri saudara mara. bapak saya dah siap2 pesan "bawak balik baju kurung, esok ada kenduri". ontheway balik hometown tadi, saya call tailor zaman berzaman, tapi malangnya satu pun baju saya BELUM siap lagi.geram jugak, dah lama jugak saya hantar kain. seb baik jahitan aunty tailor ni tersangatlah sedapnya bila dipakai, maka saya pun tak sound2 dia, cuma gertak je skit, soh cepat skit. eheheehehe..
ok, sehingga saya menulis lagi. kat kampung ni berebut dgn en noramin, sbb beruk-band ada satu je, iaitu bapak saya punya. saya tak main pakai beruk-band (berani kutuk sbb ramai sgt kawan2 yg complaint beruk-band sume lembab!), streamyx tetap di hati, ditambah pulak dgn innitiave en rizal membeli wireless modem, maka kami tak berebut pakai tenet. cuma tak portable la. takpa, handphone skrg canggih2, ada WLAN, blackberry bagai, anytime leh bertenet jgk, takyah usung lappy.

rumah oh! rumah : bhgn 1

" hish, kalau akak takde la teha, membazir je, bukan dpt ilmu banyak mana pun." akak tu tak puas hati gamaknya dgn jawapan saya, tapi takpa, fine.
saya balas " takpa kak &^$, walau tak dpt byk mana pun, sikit2 lekat jugak kat kepala saya ni. bertambah jgk ilmu. boleh tambah vocab. berkembang jgk otak saya ni. kalau tak, takat situ je."
sambung cik akak tu " saya klu budak2 tu nak beli buku macam2, saya tak bagi, buku sekolah je saya belikan." sambung cik akak lagi.
" terpulanglah kak &^$, saya pun beli buku ke, beli ape ke takde sape paksa, saya yg nak sendiri, yang penting saya tak pernah rasa rugi." jawab saya. klu saya sambung lagi ayat ni, saya takut TER'raised voice' pulak nanti. karang dianggap kurang ajar pulak kan. di samping arwah mak saya yang selalu galakkan anak-anaknya membaca, arwah mak saya jugak tidak lupa mengajarnya anak2nya supaya JGN KURANG AJAR.
sampai ke hari ni saya fikir. betapa ruginya org yang menganggap MEMBACA / MEMBELI bahan bacaan tu MEMBAZIR!! ntahlah, tapi tak leh terima. tak kesah la anda baca apa, suratkhabar ke, majalah ke, buku je, jurnal ke, kertas apa2 ke. sbb kalau tak membaca, fikiran anda tak berkembang, anda hanya tau setakat apa yang anda tau, tak lebih dari tu. dengan membaca, anda bukan saja dapat ilmu, dapat tambah vocabulary, tak buang masa. kalau baca buku inggeris, bila tak paham, jangan malu bukak dictionary! kalau malas nak usung dictionary, online dictionary pun berlambak skrg. yg penting ada kemahuan!
kesimpulannya, saya sedar, minat membaca tu harus dipupuk dari kecil. tak boleh nak disuruh-suruh atau dipaksa-paksa bila dah tua bangka. liat. memang masa kecik saya naik boring, kenapa lah mama ni asyik suruh baca buku je, dah lepas buat homework pun mama suruh baca buku lain, buku cerita la, bambino la. mama kata "daripada tak buat apa, pegi baca buku tu." mama/bapak saya tak pernah merungut atau cakap "jangan beli buku, membazir!!". daripada beli benda mainan bukan2, mereka lebih suka belikan kami 4 beradik bahan bacaan. Nancy Drew, Hardy Boys cukup sirinya kat rumah tu. saya masih ingat, masa primary, bila saya saja2 baca buku Sastera Form 6 (bapak saya mengajar Form 6 masa tu). mama saya tanya "kenapa baca buku form 6, paham ke?" saya kata "buku lain semua dah baca, tak paham pun ma, saja je nak baca". dan cerita tu sampai ke telinga bapak saya, bapak saya bawak balik banyak lagi buku-buku sastera dari sekolah dia utk saya baca.

hari yang panas. hati yang cool.
1. jangan dikejar dunia ni sangat, lagi banyak kesenangan yang tuhan bagi, lagi mudah diri kita menjauhi-Nya. kesenangan, kemewahan, keselesaan tu satu ancaman sehingga kita boleh lupa pada Allah, padahal semua rezeki tu Allah yang bagi. memang Allah akan bagi rezeki pada semua umatnya, buat siapa yang berusaha, tp kena sentiasa ingat Allah. bapak "zakat dah bayar?" teha "belum lagi thn ni, tapi dah kira & dah asingkan duit tu".
sekian, bukan scha al-yahya & linda onn je yang ade blog. i pun ade jugak tau. auww. hihihiii...!

Sharing is Caring :: The Principles of Success

Baru-baru ni saya dengan rajinnya beli buku motivation yg ke-6 selepas "Who Moved My Cheese?" by Dr Spencer Johnson dan beberapa siri Chicken Soup for the Soul masa zaman Uni dulu.
"Who moved my cheese?" ni adalah buku motivation yang berbentuk cerita yang sangat simple tapi realistik. tapi saya tak nak berkongsi pasal tu, saya nak berkongsi pasal buku ke-6 ni iaitu "How to get from where you are, to where you want to be" by Jack Canfield.
Principle 1 :: Take 100% Responsibility for Your Life!
Kenapa ? Sebab...
Principle 2 :: Be Clear Why You're Here
Kenapa ? Sebab...
a) kejadian kita di muka bumi ni ada SEBAB! dalam erti kata lain, each of us are born with a life purpose! saya pernah menulis dalam entry di blogspot sebelum ni tentang REASON of EXISTANCE!! yeah, mmg tepat..!! jadi cari... what are your LIFE PURPOSEs??
b) list down semua purposes!
c) stay on purpose!!
Principle 3 :: Decide What You Want
Kenapa ? Sebab...
a) Skrg dah tau your life purpose kan, jadi kena decide apa yang kita mahukan dalam hidup.
Principle 4 :: Believe in Yourself
Kenapa ? Sebab...
a) be positive! pilihan HANYA di tangan anda
b) give up "I can't". dont waste yr life believing you CAN'T. buang masa!
c) pedulikan apa org fikir tentang anda. sbnrnya takda sapa pun yg fikirkan psl kita most of the time, jadi jangan terlalu risau dgn ORG LAIN
Principle 5 :: Release Your Brakes
Kenapa ? Sebab...

" you weren't an accident. you weren't a mass-produced. you aren't an assembly-line product. you were deliberately planned, specifically gifted, and lovingly possitioned on the earth by the GOD "
Sekian, sehingga saya menulis lagi!

Juara Lagu sebenar AJL-24. ahaks.
Sangat cool walau bertongkat! sedih jugak Misha yang senior tu tak menang apa, next time yer Misha (ni bukan pertandingan senior-junior, ni pertandingan juara lagu kan!
You deserve the 2nd place tau!! Hidop yuna!
siapa patut jadi juara?? bagi saya still Dato' Siti & Azlan, hahahaaa.. lari tajuk jap. Layann!!
Happy Birthday En Rizal!!

seharian bermeeting, esok sambung lagi
Harap tuan doktor no 1 boleh membuat keputusan rasional lah yer :)
while driving masa balik kerja tadi, terlintas jugak dalam kepala. "berani nyer aku cakap macam tu tadi, habis lah kena anti dengan tuan doktor no 2". setelah menung jap kat trafic light and bercakap jugak dgn diri sendiri, saya fikir semula, rasanya tak perlu takut untuk menyuarakan pendapat kita kan, betui dak?? tak semestinya boss semuanya betul, dan tak semestinya jugak orang bawahan macam kita ni semua pendapatnya tak berguna. pada saya, tak kira siapa anda, tinggi mana pangkat anda, di mana anda berada, tua atau muda anda, kalau anda bersalah, anda tetap bersalah & perlu terima kesalahan anda dan sedia untuk berubah!!
Ada yang sinis berbisik pada saya masa meeting dismiss tadi "mesti dia bengang kat hang teha, mesti dia kata 'budak ni dah makan tuan ni'"
saya jelaskan pada orang tu, sambil senyum sumbing "bila masa pulak saya ber'tuan' kan dia doc". kami berdua terkeheh2 gelak. sambil gelak tu dalam hati saya kata "rezeki aku bukan dia yang tentukan, allah yang bagi!" tapi ayat tu tak terkeluar.
Ingat satu saja "Older never mean wiser!". Sebab??

11.00am 01.01.10 :: HAPPY NEW YEAR..!!
